In case of bulk orders, we send the goods by road transport. We do not collect any additional freight charges. You will have to pay only the actual amount of freight that is charged by transport companies. In case of small orders, goods will be sent by courier. You will have to pay the courier charges that are automatically calculated during checkout.

We take utmost care during packing to ensure that there are no damages. However, in case an item gets damaged in transit, the buyer can send it back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. We will replace the broken item with a similar one. The cost of returning the item should be borne by the buyer.

No, goods are not insured by us. Insurance is optional. If you wish to get your consignment insured, kindly contact us. Insurance charges in such cases, will be levied separately and are to be borne by the buyer.

Please note that we reserve the right to execute the order either in full or part. In cases where the order has been partly executed, the balance amount due to the buyer, after deducting the value of goods already dispatched, will be refunded to the buyer. In cases where the order cannot be executed by us due to any reasons beyond our control, full refund will be given to the buyer.

We charge a total tax @ 12% on Invoice Value. Buyers from within the state of Telangana have to pay SGST @ 6% and CGST @ 6%. Buyers from outside the state of Telangana have to pay IGST @ 12%.

No, we do not collect any additional amount. Octroi and other taxes shall be paid by the buyer wherever applicable.

The terms of shipping for all bulk export consignments are Ex Works. The buyer should bear all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from our premises to the desired destination. Only GST Tax Invoice and Export Packaging will be provided by us to the buyer or to the shipping agent, nominated by the buyer.

International buyers can pay us safely and securely through PayPal. Payments can also be made through SWIFT, Mail Transfer, Bank Draft and Cashier's Check.

The duties and taxes differ from country to country. We only collect IGST @ 12% of value of Goods. We do not charge any other additional duties or taxes. But you may have to pay any duties and taxes that may be payable in your country.

There are no quantity restrictions for International Buyers. For single piece order, you will have to contact us and place an offline order. The order will be accepted if feasible.
