General Questions

The time taken for delivery depend upon several factors such as the quantity of goods ordered, our other pending orders and the availability of stock. You may contact us to know the expected delivery date.
In case of bulk orders, we send the goods by road transport. We do not collect any additional freight charges. You will have to pay only the actual amount of freight that is charged by transport companies. In case of small orders, goods will be sent by courier. You will have to pay the courier charges that are automatically calculated during checkout.
We take utmost care during packing to ensure that there are no damages. However, in case an item gets damaged in transit, the buyer can send it back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. We will replace the broken item with a similar one. The cost of returning the item should be borne by the buyer.
No, goods are not insured by us. Insurance is optional. If you wish to get your consignment insured, kindly contact us. Insurance charges in such cases, will be levied separately and are to be borne by the buyer.
Please note that we reserve the right to execute the order either in full or part. In cases where the order has been partly executed, the balance amount due to the buyer, after deducting the value of goods already dispatched, will be refunded to the buyer. In cases where the order cannot be executed by us due to any reasons beyond our control, full refund will be given to the buyer.

Tax Related Questions

We charge a total tax @ 12% on Invoice Value. Buyers from within the state of Telangana have to pay SGST @ 6% and CGST @ 6%. Buyers from outside the state of Telangana have to pay IGST @ 12%.

International Queries

We ship our products within India only. International Buyers will have to make their own arrangements for shipping including documentation. Goods can be picked up from our Warehouse by International Buyers or their Shipping Agent.
