The time taken for delivery depend upon several factors such as the quantity of goods ordered, our other pending orders and the availability of stock. You may contact us to know the expected delivery date.
In case of bulk orders, we send the goods by road transport. We do not collect any additional freight charges. You will have to pay only the actual amount of freight that is charged by transport companies. In case of small orders, goods will be sent by courier. You will have to pay the courier charges that are automatically calculated during checkout.
No. Goods once dispatched by us cannot be taken back or exchanged.
We take utmost care during packing to ensure that there are no damages. However, in case an item gets damaged in transit, the buyer can send it back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. We will replace the broken item with a similar one. The cost of returning the item should be borne by the buyer.
No, goods are not insured by us. Insurance is optional. If you wish to get your consignment insured, kindly contact us. Insurance charges in such cases, will be levied separately and are to be borne by the buyer.
Please note that we reserve the right to execute the order either in full or part. In cases where the order has been partly executed, the balance amount due to the buyer, after deducting the value of goods already dispatched, will be refunded to the buyer. In cases where the order cannot be executed by us due to any reasons beyond our control, full refund will be given to the buyer.

Tax Related Questions

We charge a total tax @ 5% on Invoice Value. Buyers from within the state of Telangana have to pay VAT @ 5%. Buyers from outside the state of Telangana do not have to pay VAT. They have to pay only central sales tax @ 5%.
Initially you will have to pay tax @ 5% out of which 3% will be held by us as security deposit. If we receive Form-C before the due date of submitting it to the sales tax department, we will refund the security deposit. Please intimate us in advance if you intend to submit Form-C, failing which we will be charging tax @ 5%. No refund will be possible after preparation of the final invoice.
No, we do not collect any additional amount. Octroi and other taxes shall be paid by the buyer wherever applicable.

International Queries

The terms of shipping for all bulk export consignments are Ex Works. The buyer should bear all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from our premises to the desired destination. Proper bills and export related regulatory documents will be provided by us to the buyer or to the shipping agent who is nominated by the buyer.
International buyers can pay us safely and securely through PayPal. Payments can also be made through SWIFT, Mail Transfer, Bank Draft and Cashier's Check.
Bulk Consignments are shipped either through Air or Ocean Freight, as per the buyers choice. Small parcels are shipped through International Speed Post Service of India Post.
The duties and taxes differ from country to country. We do not charge any additional duties or taxes. But you will have to pay any duties and taxes that may be payable in your country.
There are no quantity restrictions for International Buyers. For single piece order, you will have to contact us and place an offline order, because this site has been designed only for bulk buyers.
