Shipping and Returns

Introduction

  • This site has been designed for the use of Dealers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Importers, Exporters, Retailers and Bulk Buyers of Indian Handicrafts.

  • As we receive a number of orders everyday, including several offline orders, it is not possible to update the stock levels on this site every day.

  • Due to the nature of our business, our stocks get exhausted very soon. Hence the time taken for delivery depends upon a number of factors such as the quantity ordered, our other pending orders, availability of stock, etc. Most of the orders are shipped within 15 to 30 working days from the date of receipt of payment except for large orders, which require extra time for production.

  • On our part, we maintain strict delivery schedules, so that we can fulfill our commitments on time.

  • Buyers placing large orders or with urgent requirements can contact us to know the expected date of delivery.

Pricing

  • The prices of products displayed in our store are ex. works.

  • GST should be paid by the buyer.

  • Octroi charges should be paid by the Buyer, wherever applicable.

  • The prices quoted by us are excluding Insurance charges. Insurance charges are optional and will be collected if a buyer requires insurance.

  • Packing is free for delivery within India.

  • Carrier charges (transport charges) should be paid by the buyer.

  • We ship within India only. International Buyers can pick up the goods from our warehouse on Ex-Works basis. In case of International Shipments, all Formalities regarding Customs Clearance, Duties, etc. should be completed by the Buyer.

Mode of Dispatch

  • The parcels are dispatched by us through transport to the Consignee on "Freight To Pay" Basis.

  • It means that the Buyer should pay the Actual Amount of Freight charged by the transport company at the time of taking delivery of the consignment.

  • In case of small consignments, the buyer has the option of receiving the parcel through Post or through Courier by paying the applicable shipping charges, during checkout.

  • If the buyer wishes to mention his preferred mode of transport, it can be done so during checkout by sending us the necessary instructions.

Sales Tax

  • GST at applicable rates will be added to the Invoice during checkout.

  • Buyers from within the state of Telangana will have to pay CGST @ 6% plus SGST @ 6%.

  • Buyers from outside the state of Telangana will have to pay IGST @ 12%.

Payment terms

  • We ship within India only. International buyers requiring shipping within India, can pay us safely and securely through Pay Pal or through wire transfer/swift.

  • Indian buyers can make payment online through Net Banking by using IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. Payment can also be made by UPI or by way of depositing a cheque, directly into our Bank Account.

  • If the buyer deposits cash in our Bank Account, the applicable cash deposit charges will be collected from the buyer. Hence we request buyers to prefer other payment methods instead of making cash deposits.

Terms of Delivery

  • As in the case of all Hand Crafted products, there may be a slight variation in weight and size from piece to piece. Hence only approximate sizes have been mentioned in our catalogue. Sometimes, there can also be a difference of plus or minus 1 inch in the actual size of the item.

  • As our products are made by hand, the production process consumes time. We try our best to deliver the consignments as quickly as possible. The delivery period for bulk orders depends upon the Quantities Ordered. Hence we request our Bulk Buyers to place their orders well in advance.

  • Goods may be dispatched by us either in one consignment in or in multiple consignments, depending upon the quantities ordered and availability of stock.

Limited Liability

If the order could not be executed by us due to any reasons beyond our control, our maximum liability is limited to refund the amount received from the Buyer.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our on-line site, and the products listed, we at SURYA CRAFTS have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. Goods once dispatched will not be taken back or exchanged.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be responsible nor shall be able to indemnify the buyer in the event of of any loss or damage, due to any cause or reason beyond our control.

  • Our responsibility ceases, once the goods are dispatched by us in sound condition

  • Subject to Secunderabad Jurisdiction, Telangana State.
