Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we operate with a No Returns and No Exchanges policy.
All goods are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transportation, we offer a 3-Day Replacement Policy.
- Eligibility for Replacement: Replacement requests will only be accepted if the item is damaged during delivery.
- How to Request a Replacement: To initiate a replacement, you must submit a request within 3 days of delivery. Please include an unboxing video (unedited) that clearly shows the damage.
- Return Shipment: The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment.
- Replacement Process: A replacement will be issued only after we receive the damaged item.
