Returns and Replacement Policy

Due to the wholesale nature of our Business, we have a No Returns and No Exchange policy.

Goods are well packed to ensure that there are no damages, during transit.

However, in the rare event of an item getting damaged during transportation, we have a 3 days Replacement Policy.

Replacement request will be accepted only if the item breaks during transportation.

In such case, the replacement request should be sent to us within 3 days from the date of delivery, along with full unboxing video, without any edit.

Return shipment should be arranged by the buyer.

Item will be replaced only after we receive the damaged product.
