How to maintain our products?

• Our products do not require regular polishing or maintenance as in the case of brass and some other metals.

• The only precaution that is needed is protection from water and moisture.

• In case dust gets accumulated on an item, please remove the dust completely with a dry cloth. Do not clean with a wet cloth. After removing the dust with a dry cloth, you can apply some coconut oil to get shine.

• If protected from water, moisture and dust, our products last for years together without any need for maintenance.

Shipping Info

• Goods are normally shipped within 5 to 30 working days from the date of receipt of payment, depending upon the product and quantities ordered. The processing time depends upon the number of items ordered, quantities ordered and also our other commitments.
• Buyers with urgent requirements can contact us before placing the order, to know the delivery schedule.
• In case of small orders, Goods are shipped through courier or post depending upon the shipping address.
  
• In case of B2B and Bulk Orders, Goods are shipped through road transport on Freight To Pay Basis, which is the cheapest and most economical mode of shipping. (Usually it costs between 5% to 10% of value of goods - depending upon the shipping address) Buyers will have to pay the actual amount of freight charged by the transport company, at the time of taking delivery.
• Dealers registered under the GST Act will have to provide their GST Registration Number, in order to claim Input Tax.
• An order can be processed either in full or in part. Amount pertaining to the unfulfilled portion of the order will be refunded.
